The USTA class is designed to last 4 hours and Referee and ITA about 2 hours each.

*2009 Friend at Court Rulebooks will be available for purchase ($7.00) at each class*

Training sessions in 2009 will again be held around the state from February through May. This WTA web site (www.wisconsin.usta.com) will be updated periodically with important information for Officials and contains a link to the Midwest Section Officials’ web site (http://www.geocities.com/mw_officials) where more detailed information regarding certification, training dates and procedures for Officials can be found. Officials are also encouraged to go to the Rules/Officials link at www.usta.com for additional information about officiating and ordering uniform items.

PLEASE NOTE – VERY IMPORTANT! - To become certified for 2010, an official must:

1) Be a current USTA member
2) Attend a school in 2009
3) Have your Doctor sign your Data Card attesting to your 20/20 vision and
