The primary USTA/Wisconsin State Adult/Senior Tournament location is the UW Nielsen Tennis Stadium, 1000 Highland Avenue, Madison 53705. This is where the Tournament Desk is located. Tournament Desk contact number is 608-347-4391.

There are 12 indoor courts and 6 outdoor courts at Nielsen.

Rainsite backup for the outdoor courts is Cherokee Country Club, 5000 N. Sherman Avenue, Madison 53704. Always report to the Tournament Desk at Nielsen. Do not travel to Cherokee unless directed by tournament staff.

Overflow courts: In the event that the primary courts are back-up more than 1.5 hours, matches could be sent to overflow courts at West High School, 30 Ash Street, Madison 53726. Do not travel to West High School unless directed by tournament staff.
